The sandwiches the day after Christmas are almost better than Christmas dinner. We've made a burger that brings a lot of those components together and made a Christmas burger. The rich chestnut based patty is filled with festive herbs and the cranberry ketchup and Brussel sprout mayo bring it to the next level!
